I am not seeing button to preview print the case detail. Do I need to do some setting or the feature is no more available?

Unfortunately, the current unified interface does not support Print Preview.
Suggest to use Word document.

You mean word template? Do I need to create template for case? There are some available but its not much useful.
In Unified interface, there is no full "Print" nor "Print Preview" functionality yet and it is verified.
Currently this item is a candidate for future April 2021 release relase if approved.
I would suggest to reach Support team next months to follow-up this matter.
