We are currently facing an issue that after I post the GL journal, I have checked the tax transaction and found that some are disappeared, they are tax 0%. Not all GL journals have this issue, only some of them, but it does effect our accounting reports.
I tried to reproduce on TEST but couldn't.
Has anyone here encountered this case? Please share with me how to handle it? Thank you.
