Approve of the same level, Sequence no.

Hi team,

After a user from the same level approve the document, other user still receive the same notification but after the document is open its empty. How can I get avoid that. After a user has approved a document the other use should not seen it in the same level.

    If your setup is only one level with same sequence no. , example like this :

    You can add below redbox response when one of the user approve it.

    But if your setup , is multiple sequence level with more than 1 user on each sequence , then you need to create custom response for your requirement.

    I have a workflow user group with 12 users, where sequence no: 1 contains two users, sequence no: 2 contains two users, sequence no: 3 contains two users, sequence no: 4 contains two users, sequence no: 5 contains two users, sequence no: 6 contains two users

    I appreciated your response, thanks.

    I tried Approve the approval request for the record, a click from a user approved for both users, its good but it will affect my report. What i want to achieve is that once a user has approved the document, second user should not see it by turning status from open to created, how can i achieve that because on the report for approvers is 6 while the users are 12
