Creating table directly from sql server management studio

Hi,

Is it recommended to create a table in microsoftdynamicsax database from sql server management studio, this table is not used in AX application, the data from this table and some AX data tables will be use by an external web application.

    No, it's completely discouraged. Use a separate database for your external web application.

    You could use separate database for web application. To access the AX data, you could go for integration msdn.microsoft.com/.../aa877498.aspx
