Import / Export Users of a CRM Dynamics Database

I have 17 CRM Dynamics Databases. I want to create a general user on one database and then transfer the same user to the other 16 so that i dont re-create on each. Which plugin do i use in XRMToolBox?

Or, what is the other way to move users from one organization to the other?

    Hi,

    you can just Export and Import into other CRMs using CRM Import Wizard,

    Hi There,

    There is no tool available which will help you select more than 1 target and 1 source organization and hence cannot be done at one shot. 
    there is a method suggested above to use out of the box export and import which you can do. apart from it you can very well utilize "Configuration Migration tool" available in Dynamics SDK itself. https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crmpowerobjects/archive/2018/08/27/microsoft-dynamics-365-crm-configuration-migration-tool 


    If you are looking to have same GUID of this user across environments , I would suggest you use above methods. However if you dont care about the GUID - Creating them manually one by one in each would be less time then importing or migrating using import wizard or tool.
