PSO Time Entry Submit Button Not working

We recently transition from PSA to PSO. The "Submit" button on the time entry form can be clicked but is not doing anything. Any thoughts would be appreciated. 

I assume there is a javascript issue after the change to PSO, but not sure where to look?
