Deploy Output Dev App (Ctrl+F5) from outFolder

Hi Team,
 
I am trying to use the feature to generate the App file in predefined folder. In my case I want to store App file in App folder (a separate folder), so I changed the settings.json like below:
 
But when trying to publish in Sandbox from VS code , getting below error. 
Press Ctrl + F5
 
If there any other settings that I need to define for build and deploy process.

    Build (Ctrl+Shift+B) is working and new APP file is created in the app folder.
    The issue is when you try for Run without Debugging (Ctrl+F5) or Debugging (F5)

    Try to build without debugging.
    CTRL + SHIFT + B

    I tried your suggestion but no luck. I replaced the spaces with underscore, but same error.

    I think the problem is due to the spaces between the words in the file name.
    can you check the app.json file ?
