Hi Mehmet,
It is not an easy job. "Inquire" will also include master data en setup forms in view mode. So, if you only need the inquiry forms and reports, you have to find all related duties and privileges manually. Potentially the standard privileges which grants access to reports will include also other forms and functions.
In fact, per menu item, you need to find the related privilege. Wouldn't be easier to just name the inquiry forms and reports which are really required? Usually, not all reports are used within an implementation.
What doesn't help either is the fact that the security diagnostics is not helping in case of reports or actions from the main menu. The task recordings are logging them, but it is not showing up in the diagnostics for security recordings.
You can or use Visual Studio to find out which menu items should be included in your role. You can also use another trick using the task recorder: dynamicspedia.com/.../.
When you have the menu item details, you can create a specific privilege containing the menu items or find all related privileges. Probably creating one new privilege would be quicker to achieve.
