i want to increase session limit. any idea from where i can increase it ?

    Hi Shrutika,

    Unfortunately, we can't increase it.

    This happens to be a known limitation, as the maximum number of active sessions in the customer service workspace cannot exceed 10.

    Microsoft Product Group confirmed that while this limitation may be reviewed in the future, currently the maximum active session as per the system design is 10(Include 'Home' session).
