Have anyone else experienced this? When performing an incremental CIL compile, most of the times it will complete successfully but occasionally it causes the AOS to crash.

Check your kernel version. Below 6.0.1108.1363 there is an issue with CIL generation while CIL code is running that causes the AOS to crash.
