I search "RemainPurchPhysical =" in AOT root, but I could not find the class to update purchLine.RemainPurchPhysical when product receipt.

Well I don't have time to debug this. But all I can say is that the class which is responsible to Post Product Receipt is PurchPackingSlipJournalPost. I hope you can find some reference for field RemainPurchPhysical inside this class.

try to set a break point in class AxPurchLine.parmRemainPurchPhysical(..).

You had better use cross-references instead of full text search. Right-click RemainPurchPhysical field in AOT and choose Add-ins > Cross-reference > Used by. See msdn.microsoft.com/.../aa626961.aspx for usage of cross-reference system in Dynamics AX.
Most probably you will end up at class method InventMov_Purch.addRemainPhysicalUnit (setRemainPhysicalUnit). By placing breakpoint to these methods and running product receipt you will learn more.
