Spinning up a new D365 Trial

So I am a new developer and I have to spin up new trials of D365 Sales for development & testing purposes. Recently I started getting below error.

After looking around, I found out that if I use the same mobile number multiple times, I'm supposed to get the error and using a different number should solve the issue.
Now, my question is is there a better or different way to spin up a new trial without facing the issue? Especially considering the developer community always needs to create multiple trials and this mobile number check feels like a bit restricting.

    Hi, as Developer Role for testing and learning you should enroll in the dev program Dev Program you can learn more about it.

    Hi Roy_Harper,

    I often use my email to sign up for the free trial and after that I only need my email password to log in.

    Maybe it's because I'm using the environment account I applied for.
