Hi there,
I am trying to export gender data for employees. But when exported to excel, the gender column is empty. It also does not show up on the table view in dynamics either when I add the gender column. However when I go into each individual employee profile, I can see gender has been entered in the gender field. Please assist.
Hi,
Is your issue solved?
Hi Theresa,
Are the field marked as public in your entity (instead of Internal or Private)?
If they are public, and assuming you have built and synced your code successfully, try these steps:
In D365 Data management workspace:
1) Delete this entity from the entity list
2) Regenerate mapping of the entity
3) If this doesn't help, delete the entity from the entity list and refresh entity list again
Which entity are you using to export data? Is it employee V2 or employee?
Did you try with excel workbook designer or data management?
