From last 4 days we are facing "Something went wrong" error message while login to the Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Service.

Following is the complete message

Something went wrong

MessageYou can't sign in to Microsoft Lifecycle Services because information about your entitlement could not be retrieved. To research this issue, see Find Support.
Error codeEntitlementNotFound
Next Steps:Correct the above indicated problems with this account or sign out and sign back in as another user.
Our each users are facing same error message including admin. Upto last week every thing is working fine but from last 3-4 days we are facing this issue and not able to work.
Any one have solution on it?

    Hi Abhishek,

    I don't experience any issues. It is working fine over here. Try another browser or open LCS in InPrivate mode. Also try to clear browser caches. If the issue persists, try to find out if e.g. a proxy setting might cause the issue.

    Dear André,

    Good Morning and thanks for the reply.

    I changed the browser, upgrade the browsers, clear the temp data and cookies, try with Private mode from IE, Mozilla and chrome but still facing same error message. Is there any other option  ?

    Hi Abhishek,

    Did you already check the firewall or proxy settings? If this is not the culprit, please contact Microsoft by using the option "Find support".

    Dear Andre,

    Good Morning and Thanks for the reply,

    couple of days before I raise support ticket through our Partner source login to Microsoft support team. Just I came to office and check. Now it is working. I think this problem is from Microsoft and they solved it but they should provide reason also. If I got the reason from them I ll post it.

    I get this same issue. Tried using another browser and even another computer.

    However other users in my same company have no issue.
