It depends what you had selected in the fields of the Purchase Receipt. Refer to this How-To: msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh172875(v=nav.90).aspx . Also, check Qty. to Receive Field, Purchase Line Table: msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh173051(v=nav.90).aspx . Post here a screenshot of your initial PO with filled fields of the line and corresponding warehouse receipt that in question.
