While trying to open a record getting error as follows,
No scripts are there on load of form.

yes issue is happening with all users & no the issue happens for only case entity
Based on the above error message, the "responsiblecontactid_value" property is not available, have you checked that if the property exists in the Dynamics query?
Whether this issue has been resolved?

It seems a product issue, as responsible contact id is been deprecated.

You should be using contact_as_responsible_contact property instead.
