Hi,
Please suggest how to setup document management for AP module .
I have configured archive location and type of documents under Dynamics Ax > Basic > Document Management >
I am getting error while trying to access document from archive location .
Please suggest is there any missing step / guide me .

Unfortuntately your screenshot doesn't show the whole message. What does it say about the access to the path?
What exactly are you doing when you get the error?
I have given full access permission on document archive location ( I have defined network share folder path ) , i can see document are getting saved on archive location.
However On user client machine , while try to open document , system through error message and file also opened.
I tried to change permission of user on folder however error still coming.
Please suggest change needed to resolve this error .
Sorry, could you elaborate what you mean by "and file also opened"? Are you saying that you can still open the file despite the error?
Also, what if you try to access the file outside AX client?
Yes , file open despite error.
Yes , I can access file on client machine outside AX client.
Hmm, the file opens correctly, therefore we don't have an actual problem with permissions. But we still get an error and we don't know what it is related to. Are you able to debug the code to see which line of code is throwing the exception?
