How to add menu item , i have added the customized reports its showing in RTC but its not coming customized navigation pane.
please tell how to add this under the departments.

SSSCustomizedReport is agroup under Department, as I see in the first pic.
If so (and you restart the RTC) you should see it when on the role center you click on Customize --> Customize Navigation Pane

Thank you for reply I have added the menu item under the departments
but i want to see customise navigation pane like this

Edit the menusuite (normalli ID 1090), then in edit mode select your desired group (for example under Purchase), right click and select Create Item. In the Create Item window, set:
object type = report
Object ID: your report ID
CaptionML: select the caption (label) for the languages you want
Department: select Reports and Analysis.
Save and restart the RTC.
