Synchronization issues.

Hello,

I came to ask You guys about synchornization, we recently ran it on our testing environment and would like to know if it is something that we should be more considerate about.Please see table below.

What could be the cause of this? One thing i can think of is disabling the WMS II key(pallet stuff), but after you disable them the synchronization is run automatically right? Unfortunately i dont remember the result of this synchronization. I do not recognize ever touching these tables directly. Any ideas?
