Hello,
I am designing a sales invoice. I have set the header to show only on the first page but on the rest of pages although the header does not show, there remains a white space on its place - my lines don't start from the top of the page. On the first page the lines don't go to the bottom of the page (I don't have any footer) and there remains a white space too.
What else should be done?
