Word template error message

Hi there, one of my customers is getting the below error message when printing the word template version of their purchase order. This error is isolated to one user's machine - other users are able to print the PO without any issues. I know there's an article out there that deals with this error and the solution is to save the word template in compatibility mode, which I have already done.

Anyone have any ideas?

Oops! I tried pasting the error message into the question but I guess that didn't work... here is a copy of the error message.

    Hi Michael,

Is word template is installed on your machine?

    Thanks

Hey Sandip, I have GP and word templates installed in a terminal services environment. Without logging in as the user in question I'm assuming it's installed on her profile but it's worth investigating. Thanks!

UPDATE: I tried launching MS Word from her profile and got an error message. Before we implemented GP users accessed Microsoft Office from their local workstations, so we had to install Word and Excel on the server as a part of the implementation.

When their IT resource installed office on the terminal server, all users got the error message that this particular user was receiving when launching word or Excel. I'm not sure what the IT resource did, but the errors went away when I sent him a screenshot. He must have missed doing whatever he did on this particular users' profile because now she is able to print.
