Displaying first 3 columns in a view without down arrow in dynamics 365

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi

Since the third level is different for the Meet item (refer to image 1), the user has to click the down arrow for each record to select the right item.

is there any way to display the first 3 columns without showing a down arrow (image) in a view?  thank you, Siva

    Hi,

There is no way to achieve your requirement. As a workaround, you can create a calculated field to concat your first 3 column in the view.

    Step:

        1. Create a calculated column on the Product table. And concat your columns.

        2.  In the view, remove other columns and add the calculated field. Save and publish the view.

        3.  When you add the product, there isn’t down arrow in the lookup view.
