Canadian Payroll Import sample files

There are import options in Canadian Payroll not sure if you have looked at them.

If you export them, then you see the format.

I uploaded some internal / updated doc we have on it too.

Canadian Payroll Import sample files

When I needed to create an import file to eliminate having to manually input data , I did as Terry suggested and exported a file to get the proper fields.

I created a Batch and added a few lines of transactions, then exported. Once I had the export format , I was able to populate a csv. file with the required information and import.

I also played with the file to see what information was mandatory -some fields I didnt have to populate as the system took what the employees default setup was ie: Dept.
