Saving Chart Drill Down as Default Chart

Hi everyone,

I am struggling with saving my drilled down charts.

Example:

I go to Activities and open a view I have made.
I open the side chart, which shows a random strange dotted chart, but with correct data.
I drill down into the chart to display the data by OWNER.
A new chart comes up, which is exactly what I want - BUT how do i Save it?
- Saving the chart makes it return to the default "dotted" view, that does not display what I want it to.

HOW do I save the drilled down version of the chart?

Funny side note: I have already done this with one other chart, where it Worked... I have no idea why or how though.....

Any inputs greatly appreciated.

Could you save it by clicking Save As in the chart menu?

Thanks for the reply.

That is exactly what I am doing, however as soon as the save is made, it returns to the default chart... The drilled down chart has NOT been saved and the default chart remains.

I have tried both.

In both cases, the save saves the default view and not the drilled down view that it is actually saved from.

Yes, as you said, I reproduced the problem.

So I think this should be a bug. I will raise a support ticket for this.
