Hi All,
I have got an issue with one of the Workflows whose Assignment type is Participant which is a role based approval. And the completion policy is a single approver if there are multiple user with the particular role.
Now in one of the scenario, the user has approved the workflow, in the ideal case it should have completed the workflow without allowing other user with the same role to approve. But in my case it has it allowed for the 2nd user also to approve.
If anybody could point out the cause of the the issue?

Hi Manjunath
Can you look at the times that the approvals took place? If both users performed their approval before the workflow processor batch ran then you get this scenario.
