SLA Item Applicable When Condition and ARC condition name does not change after import a managed solution

Hi there, i have faced issue where i have a development environment and uat environment. Every change i made in development i will export as managed solution and import it to UAT environment. I come across issue where i have changed the SLA item applicable when condition and also changed the Automatic record creation rule condition name in development environment and import it as managed to UAT environment. However, i have seen issue where after imported the managed solution in UAT environment, the SLA item applicable when rule and ARC condition name is not updated in UAT. What could possibly go wrong here? I try my best not to manually change it in UAT environment.

    Hi there, currently the SLA is already imported as managed solution to UAT environment. The issue here happened in UAT. The problem is that we are unable to remove the unmanaged layer in UAT because SLA does not support removal of unmanaged layer.

    Hi Low Chen,

    You could find the unmanaged solution and then remove it.

    I see, is there a way to remove the unmanaged layer of the SLA item and ARC rule? Because it seems that SLA and ARC do not support removal of unmanaged layer.

    Please check that do you have an unmanaged solution which contains that SLA item and that rule. If yes, the component in the managed solution would not cover.
