145Hello everyone,
Here's the context : in our company, employee have sick leave however we do not want them to request sick leave via Dynamics HR.
The process is as follow :
- The employee sends an email to HR with the sick leave request and the justification document (manually)
- If HR approves the request, they create the leave period for the employee in Dynamics HR
Thus, I have two questions :
- How do we prevent employees registered on the sick leave plan to request sick leave ?
- How can HR request sick leave for other employees ?
