Can't Debug CIL Code

I Follow these steps but while debugging, it is not get into the break point in visual studio. 

  1. Open Visual Studio, create a new project, and in the AX Application Explorer find the methods in the
    service classes that are of interest.
  2. In Visual Studio add breakpoints where needed.
  3. Click Debug, and then click Attach to Process.
  4. Mark the checkboxes for Show processes from all users and Show processes in all sessions.
  5. Select AX32Serv.exe and click Attach.The Ax32Serv.exe won't be able available if you are not debugging on the AOS, so
    you need to be on the AOS.

Can anyone help me in this problem?

    Does you AOS allow debugging? If not, CIL is not generated with information needed for debugging.

    Also untick "Enable just my code" in debugging options in Visual Studio.

    In Visual Studio, when you add the breakpoint, does it tell you that no symbols are loaded and the breakpoint won't be hit? (the red circle of the breakpoint is it full red, or just it's margin?)

    You should have performed a FULL CIL and make sure it was successful (no errors at the end of the process) and make sure the symbols are loaded form the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\PCL_DAX_AOS_01\bin\XppIL (this is the default path for an 60 AOS).
