How business users can assign security role to new users in Dynamics 365

Hi,

I have a requirement that Business users (Business Clients) would like to assign a security role to new users instead of sending requests to the Operational team who has Administrator access.

I created an app based on D365 for Business users and give access to Users entity. However, there is no option available on the user form to add a security role (Please refer to image 1). Is it possible to modify the user form to include a section to assign Roles to the user?  (without following this option: Settings > System > Security - user - manage Role  (refer to image 2)

    Hello Siva,

The right place for it is admin powerplatform - learn.microsoft.com/.../assign-security-roles

Thank you for the response. The above solution can be used by the operation team which has access to the admin powerplatform. I am looking for a solution for the CRM user to manage assigning security roles to new users.

is it possible for a CRM user to select 'Users' link from the site map as shown below and assign a security role to a user from the Power app?

    Hi partner,

Unfortunately, I don't think this is possible.

    Hi partner,

On the new form I tried using the command checker to find the button but nothing, but on the classic form it is there. Maybe you can use Ribbon workbench on the user entity to see if the button (manage roles) is hidden by some hidden rules.
