Customer Voice - Permission Required

Hello,

I have enabled the access rights to allow users to access Customer voice entities however they have a message "Permission required" when they want to connect an environment in the Customer Voice application:

Do you know why ?

It is Dynamics users who already have access to several environments.

    Hello Fko,

    If you open up the Dynamics environment that the Customer Voice Project is tied to, then navigate to settings > security > users > open up the affected user > click drop down next to name > select security roles > manage roles > assign the role "Project Owner" to the user to see if that resolves the permission error.
