I have a client requirement to connect CE and HR to send data from a custom entity in CE and an OOB entity (Account/Project) in HR is this possible with Power Automate or would it require custom code to achieve the desired CRUD opterations?

Do you want to send data back to D365 HR through this custom entity then It is not possible.
If you have a Dataverse entity that is already available in D365 HR then you can apply CRUD operation via power automate and send data back.

Yes,
The data will flow from the D365 custom entity to the D365 HR entity(Dataverse entity). In the same way, you can flow data back to the D365 custom entity.
How do you build that? I've enabled the dataverse integration but im unable to see the tables in power automate?
Can you please describe which entity you are not able to see in Dataverse?
Do you have an environment for D365 HR and D365 CE linked with the Dataverse environment?
Are you able to see entities from D365 HR in Dataverse?
Are you able to see entities from D365 CE in Dataverse?
If I have answers to the above questions then It will be very easy for me to guide you.
