Send Direct Email - Send Button Broken

We just enabled /Send Direct Email/ in Dynamics.  From my account, it is working perfectly but from a colleague's account it suddenly stopped working.  When he chooses a Template, the /Send/ button simply doesn't work when clicked. No error, no action, it just doesn't work. He tried multiple browsers, re-logging in, etc. I tried sending as him and it also did not work - same issue. So it is not a local issue on his end.  For about a week, it worked then it stopped. We did not change any settings.
 
His email configuration is running /Success/ and it appears he has all the right permissions. Any ideas here?

    Hi,
     
    Please check that the Email field in the Detail tab of the contact record is set to Allow.
    If this field is set to "Not Allowed", it will not work when you use /Send Direct Email/ to send email. Therefore, it should be set to Allow.

    Yes, they are all set to allow. It is working for my account, just not my colleague's. The send button does nothing for him. No error message or anything.

    Hi,
     
    I'm dealing with the exact same issue as Fjkhan, the original poster. When I click the Send button, nothing happens, no loading, no error, nothing. I tried the from or sender as a queue and also a user account, both mailboxes are configured with success for outbound sending.
     
    I would really like my team to use this feature but I don't know how to get past this issue. Was anyone able to fix this? I'd really appreciate it.

    I just figured out the issue after troubleshooting for a while. Hopefully this "fix" helps someone else stuck on this.
     
    The reason there was no action after clicking the Send button is because the contact I selected and was trying to send a direct email to needs to have the Bulk Email field set to Allow. I thought it was just the Email field but when using this Send Direct Email feature, the Bulk Email field needs to equal Allow.
