We just enabled /Send Direct Email/ in Dynamics. From my account, it is working perfectly but from a colleague's account it suddenly stopped working. When he chooses a Template, the /Send/ button simply doesn't work when clicked. No error, no action, it just doesn't work. He tried multiple browsers, re-logging in, etc. I tried sending as him and it also did not work - same issue. So it is not a local issue on his end. For about a week, it worked then it stopped. We did not change any settings.
His email configuration is running /Success/ and it appears he has all the right permissions. Any ideas here?
