Hi Everyone,

How can i calculate depreciation for written down value method?

There is not any option for Written down value method in depreciation method field.

Help appreciated.

    You can achieve WDV by using DB1/SL Method.

    Hi, 

    Thanks for your response.

    WDV means Written down value method. According to indian new rule i want to calculate for used no. of days.

    Please suggest what to do ?

    WDV means straight line method, in here the deprecation % is fixed and the value is calculated on the book value when you run calculate deprecation.
