Is Dynamics NAV available for Israel and in Hebrew language?

    Probably you need to create custom msi RTC, Service and WebServer with PartnerTranslationsTool for NAV. Then, add caption fields and check system translates, build solution again and that is all.

    There is a local Hebrew version of NAV.

    It is a partner add on.
