Hello,

I have been tasked with finding the project spend for specific projects within a specific year and hoped I might be able to get some help wth this -

I can access the project and the working orders/jobs but can't seem to get to an overview of the amount that has been spent

Alternatively, is there a way of viewing/reporting on Expense/Investment requests filtered by Project/Work order?

Has the jobs module been used? The job no. is a field in the general ledger entries. Are there any dimensions that add context to the postings? Analysis views might be helpful if so. Then you could combine it with an account schedule.

If the jobs module has been used then you also have the job ledger entries to add detailed data
