An unexpected error occurs when I try to load a new language pack

Hi everyone !

I am facing a problem and I run out of hyptothesis to solve it.

I am facing an unexpected error when I try to load the english language pack on dynamics.

Here is the message I got :

    Hi,

    Do you use Dynamics 365 online or on-premise?

    If you use Dynamics 365 online, do you enable a language in Settings-Administration-Languages.
