Throwing error while printing report from AX

Hi,

I am getting below error while printing report from AX.

"An error occurred rendering the report. Accessing the report server URL caused an error. The operation has timed out"

Please help me in this. Its stopping my complete sales order processing.

    Please give us more information. For example, does it happen with all reports? If not, which report are you talking about? How long does it take before you get the error?

    Hi Martin,

    Its happening only one report and that report was recently customized.

    This problem started after one week we moved customizations to production.

    Its taking 2 minutes before throwing that error. Please help...

    First of all, consider if the report should run for two full minutes. If not, you have a problem in your report that you have to fix.

    If two minutes are acceptable, check if you don't have any timeout set to a too low value (see Tips to help prevent long-running reports from timing out [AX 2012]). If you don't see anything obvious, you'll have to look into logs to get more information about the actual problem.

    The report name is "RptInvoive.InvoiceDgn"
