Number of invoice lines in RTC - limitations??!!

Today I came across one strange thing while working with Sales Invoices in NAV 2009 R2 and had to share it with you..
After entering my 9th invoice i started entering next line (10th).. After I finished entering it (and few more lines), I closed my Invoice. After reopening it I cann't see more than first 9 lines... I repeated this on few more invoices, and it just comes up with same issue..

i've also checked for those lines in classic and there are also displayed only 9 sales invoice lines.. It just feels like that NAV doesn't want to enter more than 9 rows..

Anyone had ecperiences like this???

I can't reproduce this - are you working on a standard or customized database?

What is your exact NAV build no.?

Did you check the corresponding table, are the records still there?

I have not seen this reported to Microsoft at all. Questions I have for you,

    a. what exact build are you on(as Natalie mentioned)

    b. can you recreate this in a base non-customized database(as Natalie mentioned)

    c. when you stated you checked in classic and it showed 9...did you create a sales order from scratch in classic and have the same issue, or create it in RTC and then it reflects the same results in classic? Just verifying if the issues happens in both classic and RTC if directly created in each.

    d. is this only happening in the sales order area or on the purchase order or any other areas?

    thanks

I tested this and cannot recreate the issue on NAV 2009 R2 North America in Classic or RTC. I would suggest testing in the Cronus company with no modifications and see if it works there. Do they appear if you resize the from to show more lines, since 9 is the default size just wondering if resizing the form makes any difference? If it works in Cronus, then I would look for any type of modification that may be causing the issue. Also, on the Classic if you click F9 to go to the statistics window, does it show the total for what would be all the lines vs just 9 lines? If so, the lines are there and you have a problem just with the viewing.

Try scrolling down. Your screen probably only displays 9 lines.
