In our next release of Attract, you can configure your recruitment stage and plug Gauge into Attract as an activity of a recruitment stage.

I now have another question. How do we link the Gauge and Attract so that we can link the candidate data in Attract at a particular stage during the interview process based on the client requirement.
For example, some clients would prefer to use the questionnaire during screening while some others would prefer to use the questionnaire like a final reference check before releasing the offer letter.

Here is the blog link you can get some insight of major functionalities.
1.How to login:
In the bottom area, click button "Build your first assessment" and it will prompt you into login page.
Or you can type url as gauge.talent.dynamics.com
You can sign up with your AAD/Gmail/LinkedIN account.
2. How the email to candidates are send (candidate's email view and candidate's answer sheet view)
Candidates will receive email invitations including main body which is the instruction you defined in the question sets and the footer which is the contact email you defined in details of project. As a candidate, you click get started button which will prompt you into the landing page. ( pls refer to mobile view page in the blog post if you open from your mobile device). You can preview candidate's answer sheet view when you define your question sets. In the blog, there is one screenshot for a detail question with a single choice answer sheet.
3. What email format does the interviewer / test accessor get after the candidate answers the tests? (test accessory's view).
At this release version, test accessor won't receive any email notification. He can check the status and number of completed assessments for each recruiting project if he logins into Gauge and opens the landing page of Project. He can drill into a specific project and navigate to participants tab. From there, he can view assessment answer sheets organized by each candidate. Click view details for a certain answer sheet, which will plug him into a html page showing the answer sheets. He can save it as pdf or print out the result.
In the near future, we send emails to assessors including a chunk of completion assessments through the notification being ingested in batch.
That is amazing....just what was needed to learn.
