Two optionset field with null dont take the default value

My case is : I have two options field value, I was asked to clear the field (null) , I cleared the field but when I try to save the record the default value of the field is wrong (the default is no but I get yes)
How can I fix it ?

HI,

I have the same issue.

Current online version (not unified interface yet)

A two-option set yes/no on the main user form is set to default value No. However, no matter how i configure the field, if a new user is created it is always set to Yes.

Strange behaviour...

Is this an actual 'Two Options' or was the field created as 'Option Set'?

Have you set your default like below. Are you setting it null from javascript?
