Not seeing the ability to add Sections in the Designer

When attempting to create a Marketing Email or Marketing Page, and I select a blank template, I do not see the Sections area in the designer (only the Design Elements). How do I get access to the Sections part of the designer?

Hi lrussell,

Do you mean that there are no layout elements in designer?

Firstly please check whether your marketing application has been updated to latest version.(in D365 admin center)

If your application is already the latest, then try to clear cache and sign in again.

Thank you for the suggestion, but unfortunately it did not work. And yes, to clarify I do mean that I do not have the Layout area in the designer.

On a separate note (maybe connected), I also noticed that I do not have the Submission Behavior section in Marketing forms.

Did you test with user who had administrator role?

If the issue had also happened for admin, then you could open a support ticket for help.
