Is there a way to export all marketing form submissions for an event at once instead of per page?

Hi,

I'm running into a very basic problem but haven't been able to locate a solution for it.
We have an event and would like to export all submitted values from the marketing form to an Excel file.

So far no issue as I know how to do this, however the current amount of rows we can see is 10 per page.
Given we are currently at 712 registrations, we would have to export all 72 pages separately.
This doesn't make sense so I assumed there would be a simple solution to get all these records into one page, but I can't find how?
My personal settings have been set to 250 records per page, that didn't work.

Thanks for any help, it must be something simple or is this simply not possible?
I've blanked out the actual values as this is private customer data.

Thank you Steve for responding. I've tried the option you described first (apologies, I should have mentioned that) but the Submitted values column will end up empty when I do that. The only way I can get the data out is by exporting page by page.

Hi StijnL,

When I click button, the Submitted values column has value. You can try to click 'Static Worksheet' to have a try.

There is no another way to export data in the Dynamics. You need to use other tools to do this, such as Power Automate, Azure Data Factory etc.

Hi Steve,

We tried all the different exporting options but the submitted values column remains empty unless we export page by page.
If it works for you we may have done something wrong in the form and/or its fields itself.
At least I know that it is supposed to work and that our situation is an anomaly.

Hello,

Could you please check the form Summary tab if "Store form submission" is enabled (set to yes)? This might be the reason why the export is empty.

Yes, we have set the submission storage field to "Yes" from the moment where the form was created/saved.

Hi Helene,

Microsoft is aware of this bug, they have responded to our ticket and the prevision is for the fix to be deployed on December's release (first week of December).

Hope this helps.
