The field Revision of table Sales Header contains a value (001) that cannot be found in the related table (Sales Document Addition)

Hello NAV Seniors,

We are doing our usual invoicing stuff when we encounter this error on the sales order page upon shipping and invoicing. "The field Revision of table Sales Header contains a value (001) that cannot be found in the related table (Sales Document Addition). What could be this error and how do we deal with this? Right now, we can't do shipping and invoicing.

You need to check the table Sales document addition whether that table contain value or not and as well as check the program also .

Hi,

Revision seems to be a customized field in the Sales Header. If you have a table relation, in your case, the Sales Document Addition, please ensure that the respective "Revision" value is found in "Sales Document Addition" table too.

Add the value 001 in your Sales Document Addition table and try giving the value 001 in Revision field in your sales order.It will work just fine.
