Dynamics 365 for Outlook - Category "Tracked to Dynamics 365"

Ciao, ho impostato una regola di posta in arrivo in Outlook che classifica il messaggio ricevuto come "Al lavoro". Quando tengo traccia manualmente di un'e-mail ricevuta da Outlook con il connettore " Dynamics 365 App for Outlook ", il sistema sostituisce la categoria "Al lavoro" con "Traccia in Dynamics 365".
Ciò non accade quando tengo traccia di un'e-mail che ho inviato da Outlook in Dynamics 365, perché l'e-mail di risposta che ricevo ha entrambe le categorie "Al lavoro" e "Traccia in Dynamics 365".
Vorrei avere entrambe le categorie anche nel primo caso. Soluzioni?

    Hi,

    The category Track to dynamic 365 did remove other categories.

    We need to run this rule manually.

    Ecco lo screenshot. All'arrivo della e-mail, questa viene categorizzata con "Da lavorare". Non appena apro l'add-in "dynamics 365 for Outlook" e registro l'e-mail su Dynamics 365 Sales, la categoria "Tracked to Dynamics 365" sostituisce la categoria "Da lavorare".

    Hi,

    Please check the inbox rule in the Outlook.

    During my test, the track of the email in Dynamics 365 for Outlook will not replace the previous category.

    It always show two categories as long as meet the criteria.
