Is there a way to generate a list of all expense reports that have a guest list attached to them, displaying the attendees? We have FBT return to do in Australia and they have around 2.5K expense reports to sift through to see which actually have the expense category of Entertainment and hence a list of Attendees.

HI Mamta Stalin,
There is no out of box report in Dynamics which can provide information you are looking for.
I would suggest to work with Tech Team and create new report as required as all details will be available in expense transaction table.
