WhatsApp Integration Customer Insights Journeys - Pictures are not sent

Hi Community, 
we are sending WhatsApp-Messages via Customer Insights Journeys. Until now we used very simple Messages. Now we want to integrate images. Unfortunately this does not work. The message is sent, but the image does not appear. 
Any suggestions?

Additional information: for this messages we did not use a Meta-Template, because the Meta-Template we defined is not shown in Customer Insights Journeys.
