How prevent to delete Sales quote archive attachment documents after restore sales quote?

Hi Community,

I created a factbox to transfer the attachment from the sales quote to the sales quote archive, the process is working well, but the problem is when I try to restore the sales quote archive the document attachments disappear, which happens when I delete directly from the sales quote.

Before restoration, the sales quote archive has an attachment:

After restored, the document attachment in sales quote is 0

In Addition, I tried to solve the problem with the event subscriber but still could not find the solution.

If you know how I would appreciate it.

Hello Manuel,

The standard Sales Quote Archive does not come with the attachment module. The customization you did to include the attachment module is not part of the standard event handling.

You will need to subscribe to events such as OnAfterRestoreSalesDocument or OnAfterTransferFromArchToSalesHeader to update the record on the Document Attachment table.
