Updates to CRM - features missing in Sales

I have noticed that the tiles featured on the customer profile have changed.

I no longer have access to the opportunities tile on the customer landing page.

It has been replaced with the Competitors tile. Is this something to do with upgrades being completed in the background?

Now to start a new opportunity, I need to go into the landing page of my contact where I can access the opportunity tile.

It then however links the opportunity to the contact and not the account..

Can someone advise how I can show the opportunity tile on the landing page of the account again?

Many thanks

    Hi DaleN,

Could you provide a screenshot to illustrate the "landing page"?

If this is what you are referring to, you can try modifying the corresponding card:

The opportunity is not directly connected to the account but through a contact, you can create new mappings for them to make connections.
