hello, I have implemented the reports in Excel but not shown in the modules.That may be happening?The user of this log window, you have full permission on the folder

Can you attach the screenshot? Any errors while deploying the excel reports? After deploying did you get the green tick mark against the company?

Hi Julio,
There are 2 things that could play in here :
- GP security : did you granted permissions for the users to the security Tasks SL_xxx.. those are the ones responsible to manager the access to SmartList and by extension also to the Excel reports list in GP
- Network Security : have you tried to access the reports from a different network user account than the one used to deploy the reports ? you need to grant at least Read access to all the users on the shared network folder.
check content of the Report tables in the DYNAMICS database to see if they were correctly deployed : [syDeployedReports]
I tried it with the sa user and other users, the permissions on the folder are okay and the database table is well syDeployedReports
To determine if this is a security issue, can you log into the machine as a system admin and then into GP as the 'sa' account and see these files in the Navigation Lists of any module?
Hello, I've tried that and not working. I only work in the administration module. If I create a SmartList and public works fine.
