While Selecting The Goal Period Type on Goal Entity able to change locked Date fields

Hello All,

I am working on Dynamics 365 On-Premise V9.0 UCI App. I am trying to create a Goal with Goal Period Type as Fiscal Period. I have selected the Fiscal Period as Quarter 3 and Fiscal Year as 2020 but I am facing an issue I am able to change From and To date even though the fields are locked

Also while changing the Goal Period Type to Custom Period I am not able to change the Date in From and To Date fields.

Could you please help me to fix this issue.
